Let customers speak for us
from 1097 reviewsI was looking for some worms for my compost bin and I found just what I was looking for on this site and they were very competitive. they arrived quickly and they were exactly what I wanted, very happy
One thing that particularly pleases me is that your supplies come in paper bags, thus I avoid all the plastic bags. So good thanks
I had expected to do some assembly of this but was a little surprised to find it came completely flat-packed. The assembly instructions initially seemed quite lengthy but in fairness they are excellently written and at no point did I have to backtrack and undo things I had done incorreectly because the manual was vague. I also felt the product needed a lot of assembly for the price but it would appear these are made in Australia so there is likely quite high shipping costs involved in getting it to UK customers.
The components and fittings seem very robust and there were no issues with faulty bolt threads or misaligned holes. When you look at the volume of the contstructed barrel it is understandable that it ships flat because shipping the significant empty space inside would make it more expensive still. It is very sturdy once completed and the five year warranty is reassuring. The only point of criticism is that the iron feet do not have end caps at the end that meets the upright. This might be acceptable in Australia but with UK weather it will lead to earlier rusting. Buy some extras online and spray the interior with WD40 before sealing.
Worked straight away. Such a fabulous solution. The bags work perfectly to hold the straw with enough sunlight.
Great starter kit with everything you need to set up your first wormery. I found their informative videos on IG very helpful in making my decision to start home composting. Two weeks in and everything going well and I know further support is easily available if required.
Despatch was swift and the unit easy to put together. Very compact too.
Recommended for newbies like me.
Growing as advertised
They come well packed, and always fresh.
As good as last time I ordered
Excellent bran and no smell at all
Very happy with the worms , as was my mothers garden!
Great mix. Birds love it
It might seem a bit expensive compared to discount supermarket purchases but the Birds will tell you it's worth it.
Arrived promptly, well packaged and looked healthy. Thank you
