We get very excited as companies look to improve their packaging and get away from as much single use plastic as possible, As you know we have used paper bags for all our birdseed sizes under 12kg and for the seed heavier than this we send in bags that can be reused - and even better that don’t need any outer packaging. We love Traidcraft already for their ethical fairtrade food and drinks as well as their cleaning products, crafts and clothing, but now they are going one step further and are moving to compostable packaging wherever possible.

As well as checking the eco-credentials of their suppliers, couriers, printers and photographers we are pleased to say this all earns them a VERY big Wiggly Tick. Great Job Traidcraft
