Deletion of personal information and account

In accordence with GDPR law, we now offer all registered customers the facility to completely delete their account, delete all personal information, un-subscribe from our mailing list, and also annonymise all order information.

You can do this yourself by logging into your customer account area here: https://www.wigglywigglers.co.uk/customer/account/login/

Then click on the Delete Account link from the left menu. Warning with operation can not be undone and may cause issues with verifying historical order details, as all personal information attached to your orders will be annonymised. Again this annonymisation cannot be undone.

You can also contact our customer services team via email, phone, live chat and ask them to delete your account. You may be asked to verify some details to prove you are the account holder.

You may open a new account as usual, if you wish to in future.
