Colossal Hi-Energy Bucket

More than twice as big as our next biggest Suet Cake, here's 6 litres of seeds, vitamins and minerals in hi-energy suet. This one's so big it comes in a bucket! (The bucket's pretty handy to have around too, when the birds are done!)

I found the Colossal Hi- Energy bucket very difficult to cut at first Review by Christine Hudson
Review
I found the Colossal Hi- Energy bucket very difficult to cut at first, until I tried my serrated Knife which promptly went straight through the side of the bucket! The bucket does not seem very strong as it split when I was removing the lid. Apart from my moans, the birds couldn't get enough of the contents and finished it too quickly. It is very versatile as you can put it on the ground and in fat feeders, I shall be ordering more.
I found the colossal high energy bucket fantastic Review by Tracey

I found the colossal high energy bucket fantastic. My birds love the coconut feeders but they can work out expensive so I keep the empty coconuts and refill them using the slightly melted suet from the bucket and adding a mixture of fruits, nuts, seeds and worms. The bucket will easily do about 25-30 coconuts depending on the extras you add. The only downside is the smell of softened suet from the saucepan filling the air. My husband hates it!!!!
I hid the bucket in a tree with some wire Review by kim carpenter

I hid the bucket in a tree with some wire. The contents lasted ages, but it did mean that the birds were well catered for when I was on holiday. I have also used the contents to mix with other nuts, fruit and dry mealworms to add further veriety and intrest.
The birds love this. I have three wire feeders Review by Margaret Beales

The birds love this. I have three wire feeders, two square and one long round one. I find it easy to slice into the bucket with a serrated knife and, wearing rubber gloves, I mould into shape with my hands. One of my dogs (I have 5 rescues) has realised how good it tastes and stands waiting for crumbs to drop off while the birds wait on the roof in anticipation!! Well done wigglies, another gourmet success!!
This is fairly popular with local birds in winter Review by Catherine Ford
Review
This is fairly popular with local birds in winter. This year, because of the cold spells, I have continued to offer this to my "customers". It is now May and the stuff is flying off the shelf! Wood pigeons, doves, magpies, black birds, startlings, blue tits, dunnocks, sparrows, robins are all eating it. I place it in dishes on the ground. Recently, a robing was feeding this to a fledgling. Will buy more.
Do not underestimate the size of this bucket, Review by Laura

Do not underestimate the size of this bucket, it's an actual bucket! even the postman had to ask what was so heavy! It's going down fantastically, we're spooning it out & using on the table. Birds seem to be lapping it up with all this rainy weather
