The Wiggly Wigglers Podcast -14

The Wiggly Wigglers podcast team is back, in full force, on the Wiggly sofa with lots of giggling and some serious bits. Heather has missed sitting on the sofa with Richard, but she's not so keen to sit next to Farmer Phil who has got stinky knees.

Heather's been in the kitchen again, cooking what she thinks are pork chops, and subsequently tries to set light to her new cooker. This prompts an in depth chat about how the high price of wheat is threatening the livelihoods of British pig farmers and the campain Save our Bacon. Should we buy British pork?

Richard confesses that he flirted with the flower girls (surely not!) in the shop whilst they were making up the 624 Mother’s Day bouquets and eating lots of chocolate.

I have been following Karen Cannard's (Almost Mrs Average) progress at The Rubbish Diet so it was great to chat to her about what changes she has made to her lifestyle to slim down her bin to a size 0 for Zero Waste Week.
