Details

This is our best selling seed mixture and it is suitable for most garden birds from sparrows to collared doves. We're using a special wheat in this mix that Phil grows here on the farm. It's very high in protein and purple!

Wiggly Seed is a year round Birdfood, suitable for your table, or feeder.

Contains:

Wheat; In most bird seed this is used as a cheap filler, but Farmer Phil's Indigo Wheat is certainly not this! It is grown for it's high protein content, making it a good source of energy and carbohydrates, and it is favoured by the larger birds such as pigeons and collared doves

Hemp seed; very high in digestible oils and protein, particularly favoured by finches.

Red Dari; A cereal which is a valuable source of carbohydrates as is is 70% Starch, and a good source of B-Complex vitamins and is popular with Jays, Doves, Pigeons…and Fishermen!!

Sunflower Seeds; High in oils and energy, popular with all birds

Canary seed; These are super fine, and as their name suggests, are favoured by all of the smaller birds.

Millet; A small white seed, favoured by both tree and house sparrows, reed buntings, finches and tits, siskins and wrens. It is far superior to the red variety, as it has a thin hull, so is easy for these small birds to eat.

Linseed; A small white seed, favoured by both tree and house sparrows, reed buntings, finches and tits, siskins and wrens. It is far superior to the red variety, as it has a thin hull, so is easy for these small birds to eat.

We have a lodge in the Lake District Review by Sujatin Johnson
Review
We have a lodge in the Lake District, up against some woodland at the side of the Troutbeck valley, and I'm using your Wiggly Bird Seed P0947, which they love. We have a fascinating on-tap cabaret as we are visited by so many different birds. The only problem is that we thought - bulk buy, lasts longer. Unfortunately news has spread throughout Cumbria, so it's a case of bulk buy, feed 4x as many birds!

This is our staple order every 6-8 weeks Review by Sibbo
Review
This is our staple order every 6-8 weeks. This is a great all round feed which results in the daily vocal excitement of the local bird population. Being in a city we still attract a wide range of birds including all the usual suspects but since having this feed has also attracted a pair of bramblings which I've never seen before.

A quality mix at a great price Review by Mary

A quality mix at a great price, and fast delivery too. My feeders are refilled daily with this seed and they are always busy with regular visitors and new faces. Highly recommended.

The birds in my garden love this seed but I have recently seen another creature enjoying eating it. Review by Sheila Leatt
Review
The birds in my garden love this seed but I have recently seen another creature enjoying eating it. I always put some of the seed in a ground feeder tray but the other day I spotted my cat Molly enjoying a little snack! I have never known a cat to eat bird seed before and think it may be a ploy on her behalf to make me think she is not getting enough of her cat food! The good side is that although she eats the seed she doesn't kill any birds (not agile enough as she has little legs) I am not quite sure which particular seed she favours but it must be good quality as she is very fussy. Thanks for a great product which gets the Molly approval of quality!!!

My first use of seed with Wiggly Wigglers Review by Dave Hill
Review
My first use of seed with Wiggly Wigglers. With the seed from the garden centre the birds used to be selective, with this seed they eat most of it as opposed to throwing it around the garden. There is still a little mess but will try the extra next time to see if they eat all of this.
