We aim to despatch your order to arrive in 3 to 5 working days using our Standard Delivery service, stock permitting. (If you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible, you can choose our Priority Despatch service. This ensures your parcel is despatched on the day you order for orders placed before 2pm or on the next business day for orders placed after 2pm, stock permitting.)
All goods are sent on a next day delivery service. You do not have to wait in for the delivery to arrive, the carrier does not require a signature. Please note: even though we always use a next day delivery service, deliveries to remote areas of the country, especially the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will, most likely, take longer to arrive.
Deliveries containing only LIVE! Mealworms/Waxworms and Gift Vouchers qualify for FREE delivery.
All other deliveries cost £4.25 per order, no matter how large or bulky your order.
We also offer a range of timed delivery options, including Saturday Delivery and Weekday Morning or Afternoon Deliveries, at extra cost. See the Checkout for prices.
All overseas deliveries are charged at cost. Please checkout as normal. We will contact you shortly after we receive your order to advise you of the delivery cost. As always, you will be able to confirm or cancel your order at that time.
